inair.online (the "Site") is a free, no-account flight WiFi prediction tool operated by Weights & Measures Global Trading, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy describes what limited information we collect when you use the Site and how we use it.
inair.online is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by SpaceX, Starlink, any airline, or any in-flight connectivity provider. See Section 4 of our Terms of Use for the full trademarks notice.
What we collect
inair.online does not require an account, login, email address, name, or any other registration data. You can search the Site without identifying yourself.
We collect a limited amount of technical information automatically:
- IP address. Your IP address is briefly observed by our infrastructure to enforce per-IP rate limits and to mitigate abuse. We do not maintain a permanent log of IP addresses keyed to a personal identity.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request metadata — timestamp, requested URL, user-agent string, response status — that is retained for short periods for operational and security purposes.
- Search inputs. When you search a flight or route, your query is processed by our backend so we can return a prediction. We may retain search terms in operational logs (without identifying information) to monitor and improve the Service.
- Cookies. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. We may use a strictly necessary cookie for security or rate limiting. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies on inair.online.
We do not knowingly collect any "Sensitive Personal Information" as defined under California or comparable privacy laws.
How we use it
We use the limited information described above only to:
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site;
- Enforce rate limits and prevent abuse;
- Return flight WiFi predictions in response to your queries;
- Diagnose errors and monitor performance.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information for advertising purposes. We do not build advertising profiles.
Third-party data sources
To answer your queries, our backend may consult third-party flight data providers. Those requests are made server-to-server using our credentials; your IP address and browser identifiers are not forwarded to those providers as part of inair.online's normal operation.
Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us at e@taya.flights and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g., California, the EEA, or the UK), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Because inair.online does not maintain user accounts, we typically have no information that we can connect back to a specific individual. To exercise any rights you may have, contact us at e@taya.flights and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Security
We implement reasonable technical measures to protect the limited information we do collect, including HTTPS in transit and access controls on infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Site at your own risk.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
